At Studio Rang by Swati, we aim to make every shopping experience a delightful and memorable one. 

Eligibility for Returns:
* Returns are accepted only in the case of a damaged or defective product.
* Customers must provide a mandatory unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel.
* Without a proper unboxing video, return claims will not be processed.

Process & Timeline:
* Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at +91 9797456789 or studiorangbyswatiofficial@gmail.com and we’ll arrange a replacement/ exchange within 10–15 days.
* Approved returns will be processed in 7 working days.

 As each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds without prior notice.

At Studio Rang, each creation is thoughtfully crafted to be special, with the finest quality and attention to detail for you. As a part of our policy we are unable to cancel, exchange, or refund once the order is placed, so you receive it in its true, intended form.
